I am recently divorced after 28 years. So, very newly back onto the dating scene. I run a small entertainment company in NJ and invest in real estate on occasion. I run a small entertainment company. I handle the day to day operations as well as the sales and marketing for the company. We do corporate and private parties as well as fundraisers for non-profit organizations.
I also invest in real estate on occasion. My partners and I purchase distressed homes, fix them up, rent them and then sell them to investors (or keep them sometimes). I work on the houses as we rehab them.
