About life style :
I try to eat fairly healthy even working third shift. I try to run a couple times a week although lately I have had to curtail with being hurt. I do work overnights so during the day I'm usually sleeping. I generally don't go out unless it is with friends or family. Generally like to stay in and relax and take it easy. I go to church regularly and am looking to start volunteer at the church I am currently attending.

I grew up in VA as a navy brat till my dad retired and we moved to Indiana. Since then, the majority of my time as been in small towns, but I do enjoy the city also.
