This question can appear unusual to the individual who is shy, since it is considered fairly obvious. However, this is not the case, there may be individuals with a personality trait who project this problem as not emanating from them but the world around them has an issue.

In order to break into the ‘barrier’ of the group, the shy person must fully understand that the distorted viewpoint they have created earlier has no bearing within the group.

Most of us have seen some people in a conversation that are completely natural and we come to admire their effortless articulation and poise during the conversation.

You should project yourself outside of your own self and observe everything around you. Look at all the people in the group and find out what they are saying and try to understand how they are contributing to the group.

Try to reenergize yourself with interesting topics and subjects that you are passionate about and seek out groups or people that have similar interests. You may also consider bringing about a new topic of discussion for a group conversation.
