I have a wide range of things I do for fun. I love camping, traveling and most anything outside. I run, yoga, weight train(dislocated shoulder that is on hold for now) I am continuing my education in wellness. I love to read, art...so many things..

I try to be healthy, I am not a fanatic about it. I would rather die with a cheese burger in hand then be hungry and on a diet. I stay pretty busy, but I have time for a significant other. My theory is "it's all good if done in moderation" and I fail in a few areas. I have a daughter that is an adult. We are very good friends. I am at a point in my life where I can say I am happy. Just happy at a core level. If you get that, you get that. My lifestyle is fine with me but I do want to change it. I am taking dating and relationships very seriously now. I want that to be a permanent part of my lifestyle as well. One that fits. I love the feeling of being comfortable in my life, the more the merrier.

My background and values are pretty simple. I believe in karma or laws of the universe. I believe that everyone has the right to their own thoughts, beliefs and actions as long as it does not interfere with the welfare of others. "The open minded see the truth in different things, the narrow minded only see the difference" I believe this as well. I believe in monogamy, I not only believe in it but I choose this for a lifestyle. I try very to treat the people I love much better than strangers. That sounds funny but during a day, how many people are kind and loving to the guy at 7-11 then go home and scream at the kids and husband. I try to practice gratitude everyday. It is like giving a child a toy that they smash. Do they get a new one right away? I think I am that little kid smashing things sometimes. (I don't smash things...just an example)......LOL
