I am adopted, so I don't know my 'real' background. I was adopted at 6-weeks old and am grateful for whom I have as a mom & dad. My father was an engineer in construction, so I was a construction brat (moved around after jobs were finished). We settled in Montgomery where my dad was born and raised. I feel I was raised with wonderful values, but not enough affection in my family. There is very little hugging, yet I'm a hugger - go figure! I believe a person is truly held accountable by what they say and how they act.
