I try to take good care of myself. Working on quitting smoking. Recently I've started trying to rid myself of as many chemicals as I can. I've done this by changing what I use to wash my hair and face and what I eat. I try not to eat processed foods as much as possible and I try to just be healthy over-all.
I take a holistic approach to health. It's not simply about the physical but also about emotional, spiritual and mental health as well.
