Ihave always tried to keep myself in good physical shape and enjoy running and weight training to maintain my fitness. I am a semi-retired teacher and coach currently coaching at a local college. I have had a tragic event earlier this year in my life with the death of my wonderful wife of 43 yrs. I know that I can't get her back but I miss the compaionship of a woman. I am a coach at a local college so it is importgant to me to stay physically fit by running and weight training. I also enjoy snow shoeing and hiking. I want to begin skiing again the is winter.
