I enjoy both the mental and physical aspects of a relationship and believe that there has to be a mental connection between people. I am however, a touch, hug and cuddle type person, preferring to walk arm in arm and not at arm's length. When I find her, the right woman for me will know at a minimum that she is loved and cherished and the only one in the picture.
Your ideal partner and the qualities you are looking for:-
Better than checking the boxes, I am looking for a lady, 40-55 (ish), height and weight proportionate who has a sense of humor, likes to spend a lot of time with someone, and understands what it takes for a successful relationship. I am not interested in someone who does not have the time to spend with someone on a regular basis.

I was born and raised in NYC and moved to central Ohio many years ago. I am not a fan of working in tall buildings and riding elevators. I am pretty laid back, but do stand up for what I believe in.
