I will be honest, I have never tried to deep fry ground meat. I always pan fry or bake. I guess I will have to try it.

Ok, here it is
Take ground meat, flatten it, smother it in egg yolk, lay bits of onion on it, roll it into a ball and deepfry it.
what do yall think, will it be good or bad?
