I presume that you really mean ”Why hasn’t my picture been approved?” You actually were able to upload it, it is simply still pending, right? I assume that the people or person running this site is not on top of the situation. They are having trouble keeping the spammers and scammers off of the site, perhaps that is taking up all of their time?
