I awake, exercise, have a large smoothie full of fruits, vegetables, nuts, and protein powder. I keep a list on the table with things to do, but if the phone rings and someone wants to do something special, sometimes I just leave the list on the table and go have fun with the friend. I stay busy because I do all of my own maintenance, both home and auto. I do fish alot, fishing is my favorite hobby. Hope the woman that comes into my life likes to fish. I eat alot of seafood.

Born in New Orleans, raised there, went to Grammer school, then moved to St.Bernard, went to high school there, went into the Army National Guard. Got a job at Michoud Aug, 1962, retired Jul, 2007. I wanted to have integrity and reach my goals. I guess I never got in trouble, and pretty much reached my goals, now I'm in retirement. I guess mission accomplished. Now I fish.......
