Well it safe to say I am not the healthiest person on the planet but I do try. I exercise at least twice a week by taking long walks since I have not yet made my horrible ankles strong enough to take much more than that. I do eat health on a somewhat regular time period but I do like to eat different types of food but the type really dont matter it is the amount of it. Me and dranking dont always go well together so I dont do that very often. I smoke everyday so sorry if you dont like it. Other than that I may be a bigger women but my body is in ok shape. I do not have the greatest history. When I was younger I done alot of bad regretible things but me I do not dweal on them but if you must know my past than I prefer to be ask one on one. Now values I do have and they are very importent to me. The first is honest because without you word you have nothing. The second is family because no matter what family comes before even yourself. The third is kindness because in my belief what you do to others will always come back to you. The forth is being non-judgmental of thing because you should never judge what others do,say, or look like because thats not your place.
