Go out get the company out there, see opportunity? Get the Tender or Contract...Sit down with the accountant and work on a budget, speak to contractors get material and the job done. Relax for a month, visit my mother, see old friends catch up and go where there is a beach reward myself....go back and repeat over and over again. Gets pretty lonely and stressful at times.

I was born in New Jersey and when i was 5years of age my father bought a farm in South Africa so we moved there, went to boarding school in the middle of nowhere...lol went to the University Of Cape Town. During Holidays we'd come back to the same house in New Jersey where my Father left his younger brother...Im the only child, my Father Passed away 8months ago and now I run his construction company and my mother takes care of the Farm in Africa. My Father is Dutch and Mother Afrikaner hence i speak a bit of dutch that colonized South Africa back in the days. Afrikaans and Dutch are one in the same things! Lets just say i am an American,grew up in the farm and did University in the City. lol
