Since moving to my present location, I like to make it out to the beach as much as possible. The coastal town I live is quiet for the most part. The Spring has two hazards which I try to avoid, if possible Spring Break, and Hurricane Season.

Being medically retired, I am so due to a long stint with some physical problems which began when I was a teen. The details of which I won't go into here. I enjoy quiet activities. I don't attend concerts or any functions which may draw large crowds. having lived in the city for a good number of years, the "Small Town" atmosphere is a welcome change. Add that living near the sea, to me, makes for a much healthier way of life.

With my experiences as an "Army Brat" as well as my tour of service with the Department of Defense. I have had the chance to see a good chunk of this world. More importantly the people on it. Prejudice is something that is still experienced all over the world, from skin color to religion. Humanity is still light years from actually being 'Human'. The discourse that is still going strong, especially now between various sects, is a losing battle which has been going on for thousands of years. Unfortunately, no one has yet seen that in such a battle, only evil will win, using all the souls it can. With stupidity being an overwhelming factor!
