I live by the Buddhist saying. "Life is suffering the origin of suffering is egotistical craving and attachment." You will always be attached to different things and people its part of being human. However when you lose something you love you have to be able to understand that it is not gone but has just changed from one type of energy to another.
I enjoy good food, friends, and music. I work hard and I am a good father. My son is most defiantly the most important person in my life. He's three. I live for everyday. I plan for the future but I do not forget to stop and smell the roses.
