I'm dieting and eating right now, trying to udno the damage of being lazy as a kid. I run about a mile and a half at a time right now, about three times the week, and lift with dumbells slow but steady progress lol, i've been told i'm lucy that i look good at a large wieght, so i'm not worried about instant results.

i was raised in a large family while i lived here and in texas. I have simple values. Dont lie, cheat, steal. things like make sure your angry for the right reson, and dont let prid get in the way of whats important and right.
