It has been so long since my time was my own, and my life is going through so many changes, it is hard to say. I like to travel to places I have never been and meeting new people even though I am shy by nature. I love to fish even though I can't eat them. I love camping especially in the mountains where you can watch the sunrise over the peaks. I am also an avid star gazer, and I love to lay back and watch the northern lights dancing overhead.

I grew up in a middle class family, and developed my love for travel from the numerous trips around the country that we made. I signed up for service in the Air Force as a high school senior but had to wait to enter service a year until the school I wanted was to be held. While in the Air Force I traveled to many places and participated in world changing event, meeting many famous people along the way. I was medically discharged after 10 years and have lived in Grand Forks ever since.
I value honesty and integrity, but don't expect it. To me family is the most important thing. I am not a trusting person most of the time due to the number of times I have tried trusting people only to have that trust broken. I also believe that children are one of God's greatest gifts and just the sight of a child often puts a smile on my face. I am always ready to help out a friend in need, and I like to help strangers whenever possible.
