About me and who I am looking for :
I love music and am blessed to have many friends who play it, so I can hear good, live music pretty much whenever I want to. I love to laugh and have a rather bawdy sense of humor. I have very good friends who decided a long time ago that I'm a keeper and I like to do things with them. My 15 year marriage ended almost 4 years ago now and I have one cat who is my baby, but not in a weird I-won't-go-anywhere-she-can't-go sort of way. I have no children, so I guess she's it. I am down to earth, unpretentious, and equally as comfortable in a 5 star hotel or restaurant as I am in a hole in the wall bar. I am intelligent and can discuss a wide range of topics comfortably. I work for a social services agency, which can be very stressful at times, so my down time is very important to me.
I have many favorite books, authors, and movies. I'm currently into Dave Barry and Carl Hiassen novels. They are bitingly funny. Some of my favorite movies are Parenthood, Raising Arizona, The Big Lebowski, Love Actually, The Fisher King, Last of the Dogmen, Young Frankenstein, The Family Stone, and pretty much anything Monty Python or Christopher Guest ever did. I like mysteries and horror/psychological suspense too.
I like everything from classic rock to progressive bluegrass. No rap though.

I am the youngest of 4. I've lived in Mobile most of my life, but have also lived in Littleton, Colorado and San Antonio, Texas. I have traveled a good bit in the US and have been to Paris, Mexico, and the Bahamas.
