Ive rcently chgd my diet to a healthier lifestyle and added exercise and walking to my weekly schedule. I had a small health scare but am ok...shortly after another extended family member that is my age passed away. I felt it is imperative to regain a healthy life so I can enjoy my grandchildren and hopefully a long term relationship with a loving partner.
