Born in New York Adirondack area, of German-Irish descent and attended 2 yrs of college in that area, two years at Rider College. Married,and moved to New Jersey, where I lived and raised two children, who are now married. Have one grand-daughter,seven, and a grandson, four. Widowed five years ago , and patiently looking for the right companion to share the rest of my life with. I own a nice home, am financially secure, have many friends and interests (most of all, I'm an artist and portrait painter) and I do enjoy being a grandmom. Although my life is busy, it would be nice to have a life partner again.I feel that if it's meant to happen, it will. Although I was educated in Catholic schools, ,I am not a devout churchgoer. I respect those who adhere to their religions, but I guess I'm just more spiritual than religious.
