I'm of Finnish descent, but mostly I'm an Eastern Oregonian. I grew up on a farm that was so remote that my first few years of school were in a one-room school.
Religious/Spiritual Values:-
While in high school I was very active in church. I went to a Presbyterian college and had a roomate who was an atheist. I decided I agreed with him, then I decided that there's really no issue there, i.e., it's not important to have a position on whether or not there's a god. I did study Buddhism and existentialism, and do consider myself a spiritual person.

I am in the middle of a successful career as a
teaching and research professor. I hope to
continue my collaborative research and continue
