I am going into my junior year of college, I am majoring in Sociology. Since I want to become a dietician, I try to keep a healthy lifestyle like exercising at least a couple times a week and eating a lot of fruits and vegetables. I admit that I'm not perfect (I have a sweet tooth!) but I want to be as healthy as possible so that I practice what I will be "preaching." I also tend to feel a lot better emotionally if I know that I am being healthy, so that's a plus.
