My lifestyle is all over that place. About 4 times a week I get a home cooked meal the other 3 days involves cereal for dinner before work. At work, it involves the vending machines. On my days off I try to eat healthy. I try to fit in excerise of some sort on my days off. Alot of my week involves sleep and work. But I do try to be somewhat healthy.
