hippie, punk... Nashville music industry, and trying to move back to Nashville. My life was in the music industry there and nothing else will do... I would like a guy that shares the same interests. I, and my family, have been stalked by federal, state, and local officers for about 15+ years, and are tired of having our names ruined due to their breaking laws against our family. They literally contact everyone we meet and ruin our names to them... Breaking wire tapping and other laws doing so. Libelous slander is not the word for all that they have done to my family. Those laws that victimized our family, ruined our names, spread misinformation and lies about our family, and other damages to our lives such as loss of jobs, friends, dates, family, and church family, are as follows:These are laws broken by these federal, state, and local officers- daily doing these things ruining our names literally all over the state! They went from place to place, anywhere we have been and tried to recruit everyone there as informants ruining our names to them by divulging information illegal for them to do so (wrong information as well as things that were covered by disclosure clause and Americans With Disabilities Act and the wire tapping laws where they were not part of the conversations) So ***Record any and all false accusations, libelous slander, defamation of character, or violations of the Americans With Disabilities Act.**** ****Violations of the Americans With Disabilities Act they have perpetrated so far are as follows/Disclosure clause (our right to privacy act)/ wire tapping laws where the individual divulging information/taking recordings out and playing them to others (informants, cops,people in the community) is not part of the conversation:**** - The Disclosure clause prevents any information about a disabled person from being told to anyone (officer or informant- or business across town). All personal information is left up to the disabled person themselves to disclose. - Reporting an alleged disability. It is illegal for anyone to accuse an individual that is disabled of any specific disability, as it may be wrong information. - A disabled person is not to be wire tapped, recorded, nor have pictures taken as this violates the law. - No personal information is to be divulged about a disabled person, as the bill is a right to privacy act for the disabled. - No false accusations, nor assumptions about ones' character, can be made against a disabled person as this also violates the law. - No 'symptoms' that a disabled person may, or may not be having, is to ever be disclosed about a disabled person. - No assumptions can be made about what caused the disabled person to have the condition that they are afflicted with. - The disabled are to be protected from all forms of humiliation - The disabled are to be protected from harassment - The disabled are to be protected from allegations because of their disease - The disabled are to be protected from all forms of embarrassment - The disabled are to be protected from all forms of slander ***IT IS ALSO ILLEGAL FOR OFFICERS, OR INFORMANTS, OR PRIVATE CITIZENS, TO RECORD CONVERSATIONS OF WHICH THEY ARE NOT INVOLVED IN, AND GO OUT AND PLAY THOSE RECORDINGS TO OTHERS. THE INFORMATION, WORDS SPOKEN, LEGALLY BELONGS TO THOSE IN THE CONVERSATION ONLY AND IS THEIR "INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY,"*** AND OF COURSE SINCE DISABLED INDIVIDUALS ARE INVOLVED IN THE CONVERSATIONS IT IS ILLEGAL TO WIRE TAP THEM, RECORD THEM, OR PLAY BACK OR TELL ANY INFORMATION THERE IN.
