I just moved to small town in Iowa. I help my elderly parents do thing, like take them to the doctors, get groceries and carry or lift things for them. I am eating healthy and walking more often. I moved here from Philadelphia, where I lived for 21 years. I am divorced. That is a good thing. I am excited to start a new phase in my life.
