I have been going to planet fitness for a few months. I want to eat healthy but it is hard to be good. I do not smoke but you can. I have a drink when going out with the girls. I have one son and a daughter in law which produced my two great grand girls Ages 5 and 9 . To bad we could not have them first! Lol
