I prefer to do everything in moderation. I don't like to drink often and when I do I only drink a few. I do believe in taking care of myself so I do dance like low impact aerobics on almost a daily basis. If I could I would workout harder but can not due to my medical conditions. I prefer to eat healthy though with such a busy schedule it is difficult at times. I love the outdoors but have not done much hiking, scenic viewing, etc in a long time. I don't like to go out constantly I prefer to go out every now and then. Love to spend time with others.
