I was placed in foster care at 2 months old and went to 8 different foster fanilies for 8 years, abusive family after abusive family. I was adopted at the age of 9 on July 29, 2002 by the Denmon family. I had bad behavior as a kid and as i grew older, i became more dangerous. At the age of 13, my parents attempted to place me in a psych ward, but they released me, confirming there was nothing wrong with me. I was then placed in a RTC(Residential Treatment Center) for children and adolescents. I went through 3 RTC's before going to a group home at the age of 16. I was there for a year before returning home at 17. I graduated from Falls Church High School at the age of 18, but not without trouble and family issues. I ran away from home every month when I was 17 and each time i was forced to go back. Finally, at the age of 19, I made a choice to leave my parents house and take to the streets because I wasnt going to keep emotionally hurting my two adoptive brothers, 9 and 6, by leaving and coming back. It would be too confusing for them and too frustrating for me. So, right now, I'm homeless, living out of a tent and using food stamps to get my nutrition. I made a very close friend along the way and I call him my brother. He is all I have in this situation that I am in. We're about to get off the streets and Im here looking for a relationship. I went through my entire life, not knowing what real love is or was... i want to find that out. So please, take the time to read all of this and understand that I went through crap in my life. I'm ready to settle down and actually start living my own life of peace. i want to live that life with someone special. Thank you.
