The first impression, when you start dating, dating for some time and frequently getting physical with each other and even if you are not in a committed relationship every women have in their mind the question that keeps recurring again and again..“is he really into me”. This book is a perfect guide or call it a pocket reference book for those people with the entire top 12 questions answered in an easy to understand and digestible manner.
What we can learn
Do you ever wonder why your boyfriend does not ask you to go out with him? Or just can’t find the time to call you and keep making excuses of being too busy? Ladies during their dating life would certainly come across these situations but, often fail to analyze the situation and as results don’t made strong decisions that need to be taken care of right away.
How much time does your boyfriend needs to call you if they are in love, even if they are always busy? Couple of minutes from their daily schedule is sufficient enough. If he loves you he would say it out to the world and he would have no reservations to ask you and take you out.
Here are women who try hard to tell their hearts that he might be too shy to call for the first time or he doesn’t want to ruin his friendship? This is nonsense, the entire word is run by men and how can that species of humans be too shy and every man want their life partner to be like true friends with whom you can share everything.
This is a compilation of top 12 questions that make women crazy and would truly help them to find that person she is dating is of marriageable material or not.
This book is not for those ladies that are not serious about their relationship and if they are dating for fun, sex, money and just want to enjoy life without falling into a commitment trap.
The thing that would attract most females toward this book is its real problem solving ability by answering questions like “why didn’t he call me?” or “what’s the reason behind his ignorance?” Men don’t need much reason to make them ignore you or don’t feel like making a phone call as they think from their mind that runs the entire world. They don’t believe in emotional tanglement or something that is mainly influenced emotionally. If men don’t find or take you as marriage material they would keep their distance with you but, at the same time if they are looking for buddies with all the fringe benefits they won’t waste time muddling inside your bed sheets.
Dr Dato’s Comments
Good thing about this book is that it sets the expectation right at the beginning with a tag line “The no-excuse Truth to understand Guys”. The major portion of the book is written by the male author “Greg Behrendt” and Liz Tuccillo who are instrumental in giving the female side in a tacit way. Duos are from the team of writers “Sex and the City” and know the modern day relationship compilations and success mantra.
Simple yet a realistic approach of the book make it an interesting read and easy to understand. Book represents men as a species that runs the entire world and if they decide to do something they surely can do it. All those men who give excuses of not being in touch are just simple signs that he is not into that women.
Most interesting chapter is on cheating, there are men who justify cheating as they only had sex with no stings attached and no emotional bond. This can not be called cheating. As relationship expert I have never understood this theory and I am sure other experts would agree like Greg in this case. When you make a physical relationship not matter once or twice, in every business trip or even without feelings it should be considered cheating. The worst part is men fear while they cheating for the first time and with time there is no feeling of regret.
Overall this book is must read not only for females but for those men who want to show their ladies that they really love them but, are too dumb to find out the ways. There are few incidents where Greg was bit hash on men and their behaviors that are something won’t please much other masculine community.
