The problems that arise in relationships usually stem from taking our excess ‘baggage’ with us into the next relationship.

We must try to avoid this, and of course we can try to learn from our previous encounters but the trick is to go with an open mind.

Our previous relationships if we are open to learning and developing ourselves can open our eyes and minds to many things new.

If we allow ourselves to take the good with us and entertain more fresh ideas and thoughts in our subsequent relationships, we will more likely to succeed in ‘coupling’.

This enlightenment process is a God given gift and something mankind tries to strive for to find meaning in their lives.

This book by Dan Albright was very easy reading material for me, well written, uncomplicated and straight to the point.

Many of his points in the book reflect real-life experiences and the fact that he substantiates it with very convincing examples make it more believable.

His writing style is simplistic and written for an audience of young and old. I feel the material would be particularly suited for youngsters who are just embarking on the journey of finding true love and happiness.

Mr. Albright naturally understands the ‘inner thoughts’ and feelings of not only a majority of women but also the males out there who struggle to find a relationship.

I would argue that most of what he has written has come directly from his own personal experiences and he has been out with a fair number of ladies during his time.

Despite this he makes no mention of this in the book and his real intentions are to genuinely help others who have lost their way and finding women too difficult to deal with.

Although the title of the book could have been better chosen, it clearly relates well to most men that would read his book.

I would also recommend women to read this book as they will find information that is interesting about men also and open their eyes in the process.

He begins the book by talking about the opposite sex and how men interpret woman’s actions and behavior as difficult to fathom and comprehend.

The focus on men is that, because they are unable to read or understand women, some of the men mistakenly see this as defeatism and therefore give up too easily.

The blame does not lie in men, it’s simply that men cannot read women and the reasons for some of their behavior.

He then gets to look at yourself in detail and understand where you belong when it comes to women and dating.

His observation is fitting to how most men and women behave in this society and tries to explain the reasons for their clandestine behavior.

One of the key points that he addresses and what I often do, is to ask individuals a set of questions before I get them to absorb any new material.

“where do you stand on this topic”
“why do you want to learn this”
“are you happy or contented in your current position?”
