This fast paced society we live in makes us feel that there is a cure and answer to everything and we neglect to use our minds more efficiently for any tasks at hand.

If you look at the complex make-up of our personality we are all very different from each other and we all have our unique set of phantasms, fears, tribulations and joy that we carry with us and shape our lives.

thinking affects how we behave

We may even harbor a ‘feeling’ locked inside of us that happened many years ago and replay it again and again in our heads.

This basically goes to show how we ‘think’ as individuals are significant to the way we live and how we continue to perceive our existence shaped by these thoughts past, present and future.
